SargaFit is an online course that aims to help Sarga Bodywork practitioners and students learn and perform Sarga Bodywork with confidence.
This is an excellent resource for students who are preparing to attend a Sarga Bodywork course in-person.

- Any barefoot bodyworker aiming to add strength and stability to their practice.
- Anyone who wants to increase strength and stability in their lower body.
- Practitioners who are preparing for a Sarga Bodywork course.

What to expect in SargaFit Online:
- 6 key conditioning exercises for performing Sarga Bodywork confidently.
- Each exercise in this course is accompanied with both written and video instructions and and followed by a 2-4 minute drill.
- This course culminates in a 10 minute warm up followed by a 25 minute exercise routine (follow along).
- Just a yoga mat/workout mat needed.
- Includes a $150 discount on any one-on-one coaching program with Kira.

Add-on Personalized Instructor Support
Add-on three 60-min Zoom sessions with Kira.
These one-on-one sessions serve to:
- Assess your fitness level and goals
- Guide you through each of the exercises in the online course to ensure best alignment and function
