SARGA®, SARGA BODYWORK®, SARGARX™, and MYO.RUB™ are trademarked names which are legally associated with the products, services, and methods provided by this business. Sarga Bodywork maintains trademark and intellectual property protections across multiple jurisdictions where our practitioners and instructors operate.

Practitioners may only use the name Sarga® or Sarga Bodywork® on marketing media once he/she has been certified as a Certified Sarga Bodywork Practitioner® in the proprietary methodology of Sarga Bodywork. Doing so without Sarga Bodywork certification is a legal infringement. In addition, proprietary Sarga Bodywork equipment is exclusively available to practitioners who have completed our introductory in-person course or who have enrolled in our online courses, which review the proper installation and use of this equipment.

Other businesses and organizations may not use our proprietary equipment, or similar permutations, to teach massage technique. Sarga Bodywork holds registered patents protecting our innovative equipment designs and methodology, including those filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office (US10959897, US 11612542 and US11737940). Our intellectual property encompasses equipment used for foot-based massage methods that is comprised of a piece of fabric or strap attached to a massage table and used by a practitioner both for support, and to deliver therapeutic force to the receiving client. We actively protect our proprietary methods and equipment designs internationally and will pursue legal action against unauthorized reproduction or infringement in any market where we operate.

Unauthorized use of our trademarks, patents, or proprietary methods may result in legal action, including cease and desist orders, monetary damages, and injunctive relief.

Be cautious of counterfeit or unauthorized Sarga equipment sold through unofficial channels. Such products have not been safety-tested, do not meet our quality standards, and may void any liability protections. Counterfeit equipment may also pose safety risks to both practitioners and clients. Purchase only from authorized Sarga Bodywork sources to ensure you receive genuine, tested equipment with proper installation guidance and warranty coverage.
