Sarga creators Jiva and Daniel have achieved that elusive blend of heart-centred bodywork with exceptional technical teaching. After taking Sarga 101 in person in Sardinia in 2024, I was supported through the finer points during certification with an attention to detail that was above and beyond. Their commitment to turning out students skilled in the approach is clear. I launched Sarga in my practice, not only equipped for the new modality of barefoot myofascial work with these clever silks, but also empowered to explore how it could combine with the somatic mindfulness elements of my practice. I highly recommend training in Sarga!
I completed the Sarga course in Italy in 2023, and it was an excellent experience. With a long-standing interest in barefoot massage, I was fortunate to learn from Jiva and Daniel, who are outstanding instructors. The Sarga curriculum is well-structured, covering essential techniques with a strong focus on safety for both practitioners and clients. Jiva and Daniel provided clear guidance and were always available to answer questions, making the learning process both enjoyable and effective. I highly recommend the Sarga course to anyone interested in barefoot massage. The skills and knowledge I gained will undoubtedly enhance my practice as I continue my journey in this field.
